These terms govern the purchase of artisan products on Valor Balear through this website.
Right of withdrawal
Non-perishable, non-personalized craft products may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (LGDCU).
To exercise this right, notify us by email quoting your order number. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
Exception: perishable products
Under Article 103.1.e) of the LGDCU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable foodstuffs (short shelf-life), including products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Exception: made-to-measure products
Under Article 103.1.c) of the LGDCU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made or personalized to the consumer's specifications (bespoke items).
For defective products, the seller bears the return costs and your statutory claims remain unaffected.
