Purposes of processing

Recipients
We share strictly necessary data with vendors (to ship your orders), payment gateways, the logistics operator and tax advisors, as data processors.
Data retention
Fiscal billing data is retained for 10 years under tax regulations (DAC7). Other data is kept while a commercial relationship exists or until you request erasure.
Rights
You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability rights by writing to privacidad@valorbalear.es, and lodge a claim with the AEPD (www.aepd.es).
